Yet it functions as a family home with over 1500 square feet of living on the second floor, and an elevator to make the home accessible. Centered around entertaining, all of the major spaces are focused towards the rear yard and the views. In addition, there is a considerable amount of outdoor living space in the form of a large screened deck on the main floor and an even larger second floor screened balcony. Inspiration for the exterior of the home is drawn from classic Prairie style architecture, with a few modern touches, and the central staircase as the home’s towering centerpiece.
